ΦΧ -- Trite Trust

Trust nothing — not your peers, your surroundings, nor your belongings. Especially not your body, senses, or impulsive thoughts.
The first three? Clearly beyond control. But don’t be fooled into thinking the latter are yours to command. Your body ages. Your senses distort. Your impulses later rigid, looping in predictable, destructive cycles.
They conjure illusions of truth and safety. Infallibility feels real in the moment — until you pause, and the illusion collapses.
So pause. Every word, action, or feeling deserves a beat of reflection, of thought.
The only thing worth trusting is not your impulse, but your objective mind.
Deceiving yourself is effortless when you believe you can’t be deceived. So, think.
